Chris Benjamin, a native to Phoenix, is the President and Designated Broker of City to City Commercial. Chris has been involved in numerous aspects of real estate for over twenty years in Phoenix and the surrounding areas. From real estate brokerage, homebuilding (custom and production), lot development, entitlement, industrial, commercial and speculative land deals, Chris is recognized as an industry leader and mentor.
His broad range of knowledge, relationships with investors and ability to identify opportunities that provides his clients with industry leading returns has been the key to his continued success. He has relationships with national and international private investors, national and local home builders as well as many levels of local municipality leadership.
As well as being a dedicated husband and father, Chris is very involved in the community. He actively supports such great organizations as; Children Crisis Center, American Cancer Society, Banner Behavioral Health Center, Valley Big Brothers and Big Sisters and the Tucson Chinese Cultural Center.
