Dean Ingram, the new Vice President of our Retail Division, brings to City to City Commercial an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the retail real estate business including land sales, zoning, development and leasing which makes him a specialist in the industry. Dean comes to us from Arizona Retail Advisors which he began in April of 2008 as a Principal in the company. His track record shows that he has been highly responsive and proactive in the marketing of his clients' properties, as well as persistent in achieving his clients' goals and objectives with strategic planning, market knowledge and well-honed negotiating skills.

Dean began his retail real estate career with DeRito Partners, Inc. in 2000 where he earned the Rookie of the Year award in 2001. Dean was the top income and the top deal producer at DeRito for 2005 completing 89 deals that year. Ingram was the first recipient of the prestigious Million Dollar Man Award while at De Rito Partners, Inc., which only three other brokers have achieved. In 2006 he became the Director of Development at Interra Development Partners before returning to DeRito Partners as a Principal in the company from 2007-2008.
Adding to his extensive experience Dean is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and was a member of the Fiesta Bowl Committee from 1997-2005.
Dean is a graduate of Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, California where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Finance & Administration. He has been a resident of Phoenix since 1995.
