Prior to joining City to City Commercial, Jim was the Owner and Designated Broker of Legacy C & R Realty, LLC. founded in October 2008 in Tempe, AZ. Through Legacy, Jim successfully closed over $13,800,000 worth of real estate in Maricopa and Pinal counties. Legacy listed and sold REO properties for several lenders and private investors.
Jim has over twenty years of local real estate experience helping facilitate the needs of both buyers and sellers. Previous firms include: The Benjamin Group, Hogan & Associates, Inc. (Designated Broker and Office Manager), Ross Brown Partners and Scott Jackson Brokerage. Although Jim specializes in the sale of raw land and improved commercial and residential lots, he has also sold residential resale homes, leased office space and sold and leased industrial properties.
His background includes: market research and property analysis, commercial property management, and the sales/leasing of industrial land and buildings. Jim also worked for the RTC as a consultant on properties in Arizona, Nevada, California, and Texas. Along with representing major home builders and developers in land sales in all parts of the metro-Phoenix marketplace.
