James R. Pickett - ‘JP’, Land Associate

Focusing on rapidly emerging markets in Arizona, James has gained a deep knowledge of residential, industrial, commercial and speculative land opportunities. James prides himself in his relationships with clients, even if that means advising a buyer or seller to wait for a better opportunity or time. In addition to his focus and expertise in Arizona, James has also managed and entitled large land holdings in the states of California, Texas, Utah and Idaho.

James comes to City to City Commercial from Hogan & Associates, Inc. where he began his career in 2002. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Real Estate from Arizona State University and is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He is actively involved with his church, the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) and his family.
