Ken has been involved in investment and Land Sales in the Greater Phoenix markets for more than 16 years and specializes in commercial, industrial, residential and vacant land acquisitions and sales. This included pre-foreclosure purchases, consulting services for note purchases and REO purchases and sales. Prior to joining City to City CRE, he was a founding principal of Integra Property Advisors and worked for Land Advisors for over 8 years.
Ken was born and raised in Chandler, Arizona and therefore has an extensive, deep-rooted knowledge of the Southeast Valley and Pinal County markets. Ken received his Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University in 1995.
