Martin Pylman, Associate Broker

Martin Pylman has worked as a full time commercial real estate broker focused on the Metropolitan Phoenix real estate market since 1987. He is the President of Pylman Land Company, Inc. and he is currently working  with City to City Commercial.   He specializes in finding, acquiring, entitling, marketing, and selling vacant residential land, platted and engineered lots and finished lots to Investors, Developers and Home Builders.  When representing a Buyer, Martin has proved to be adept at finding well located properties in the path of growth and acquiring them at bargain prices. When representing Sellers, Martin has a track record of maximizing value for his clients. His philosophy is that “A handshake on a deal should be just as good as an executed contract”.   

Martin has lived in Arizona since 1965.  He was raised in Chandler, Arizona and he graduated from Arizona State University with the Degree of Bachelor of Science. His field of specialization was Corporate Finance.
