City to City Commercial welcomed Rich Stone to the team in 2007 bringing with him over 15 years of dedication and experience. Rich specializes in residential “land & lots sales” within Greater Phoenix and Pinal County. He represents multiple Investors with their acquisitions and dispositions of property and lot inventory. Over the years, Rich has also been involved with the entitlement of residential and commercial properties, as a broker and as a principle at times. This experience has enabled him to discern the intricacies of the planning and development process for his clientele. His knowledge of the industry, strong relationships with national and local home builders/developers and ability to zone in on the pulse of the market makes him an asset to his clients and our team.
Rich has called the valley home since 1974. Currently residing in Chandler, he believes in keeping his time balanced between his family, work and his community. He is an active supporter of St. Mary’s Food Bank, Child Crisis Center, The Salvation Army, and The Make A Wish Foundation.
