Richard comes to City to City Commercial with over 25 years of experience in the real estate market. Richard has called Arizona home all of his life. Being a native of Arizona, Richard has observed countless changes in this market and he has always adapted to the needs of his clients and of his investors; clients that range from a single lot buyer to a National Production Home Builder. Throughout his twenty-five year real estate career, Richard has specialized in Land, Multi-family, Investment Properties, Subdivision Development and construction of Custom Homes. Richard has found success over the years for his clients and himself through proper due diligence that has uncovered unique opportunities.
Richard is a graduate of Arizona State University where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Business and was a student athlete for the Sun Devil Wrestling Team. Richard's two children followed his lead and are also graduates of Arizona State University.
